Founded on Apr. 7, 2005, Foshan Parker Surface Modification Co., Ltd. is located at No. 1-B, Xiaoxiao Road, Nanhai Science and Technology Industrial Park Auto Parts Area, Nanhai District, Foshan City. It is a Japanese-funded company jointly invested by NIHON PARKERIZING CO., LTD., PARKER NETSUSHORI KOGYO CO., LTD. HAMAMATSU NETSUSHORI CO., LTD. and ASAHIN CHIYODA KOGYOU CO.,LTD. The total investment amount is USD 41.96 million. Japan Parker is a transnational group, radiating the Southeast Asia, Europe and North America. It has established many solely-invested companies and joint ventures in China. Based on its top technology in fields metal heat treatment, surface treatment, rust prevention treatment etc. it has established a globalized market economic network. 

 

The Company has introduced advanced metal surface heat treatment technology and equipment from Japan, scientific management methods, new process and environmental protection equipment to carry out heat treatment and surface treatment for machinery components and parts, realizing the advanced level in the same industry. Isonite treatment・Gas Nitrocarburizing treatment


Definition: Chemical heat treatment process which makes the nitrogen atoms penetrate into the work piece surface under certain temperature and certain medium (salt bath or gas atmosphere) 

Purpose: Products after nitridation treatment will be characterized by excellent abrasive resistance, fatigue durability, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. 

Application scope: Automotive valve, brake pads, piston, etc.  

 

Gas Carburizing ・Carbonitriding・Low temperature Nitrocarburizing 


Definition: Chemical heat treatment process which makes the carbon/nitrogen atoms penetrate into the work piece surface under certain temperature and certain medium (Rx gas and ammonia). 

Purpose: Increase the hardness, weaken or relieve the internal stress, increase the toughness, increase the abrasion resistance, change performance of different grades of steel materials. 


Steam treatment (oxidation treatment)  



Definition: Chemical heat treatment process under certain temperature which add in steam and generate iron oxide onto the surface of the work piece.

Purpose: increase the corrosion resistance。

 

Various phosphating 

Definition: Treatment methods with which a layer of stable phosphate film can be formed on the surface of the metal after the metal and the phosphoric acid or phosphate have chemical reactions. 

Purpose: Protect the base metal to prevent corrosion of metal to some extent; It can be used for priming before coating to improve the adhesion force and the anti-corrosion capacity of the coating film; Play the role of abrasion reduction and lubrication in the cold processing of metal. 

Applicable scope: Gears bearing 

 

Molybdenum disulphide, Teflon (Solid Lubricant coating) 

Definition: Form a layer of film and solid lubricant film on the object surface by virtue of solid lubricant (mixed with fluorine, molybdenum disulphide, graphite monomer) under certain conditions. 

Purpose: To improve the lubricity, insulativity, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and load resistance of components.
